Auggie Dog

Auggie adopted me at the SPCA when he was 4 1/2 years old. I had the pleasure of being his best friend and owner for 6 1/2 years. He was a neurotic mess, but I loved him dearly! In the last few years of his life he lived with Cushing's Disease, SARD, and severe arthritis. He passed on July 11th after going into septic shock when his lower intestine ruptured from unknown causes. He really enjoyed sleeping in the sunny spot, growling at plane trails, and shaking the heck outta his squeaky toys. He also had the pleasure of spending all day, every day, with me at work and greeting my clients when they came in. As far as dogs go, he was totally a cat, but that doesn't make him any less of "Mans Best Friend"!
