Breeze

I got Breeze 16 years ago in Blackfoot, Idaho. She just died 3 months ago after a bout with degenerative myelopathy. She stayed cheerful through it all, which is typical for a Welsh Corgi. She was opinionated and bossy, but she loved life and loved me. On walks through the woods, she was always right at my heel. At bedtime, she was stationed under my bed. She loved food and ear scratches. She died peacefully in the backyard with birds singing and the sun shining down on her. I miss her.
