Cad

My Cad ( stands for Crazy Assed Dog) was my BEST friend! He was always so up! He was still at times like a puppy when he was 11 years old. Always ready to play, go for a walk, loved to go to the kennel if I was going away ( called it camp, and had to spell the word around him), loved going to see Dr. John, so full of life and love. If I cried he would snuggle and kiss me. He had quirks for sure... loved to be completely covered with a blanket and play ghost puppy, loved playing hide and seek. He was a trooper. Had hip dysplasia, heart murmur, melanoma and finally dilated esophagus ( which got him after 3 months). He went through at least 4 surgeries, medication everyday from the time he was 8 months old, and the terrible vomiting and pneumonia at the end. He's been gone 6 months and I am crying as I write this. I miss him so.
