Callie

Callie was my helper, my sweetheart, my big girl. She helped me raise her two younger sisters - Shadow first, then 8 years later Ducky - and played doggie mom, best friend, and protector of Shadow from Shadow's first day as part of our little family. Poor Shadow is still missing her big sister very much. (We all said good-bye to Callie together three weeks ago.) Now I can't see through my own tears so I need to stop writing.
