Doc
Doc was a big goofball. I loved him so much! At night while I relaxed on the couch he’d jump up beside me and lay his head on my leg and I’d pet him.
He had some challenges because of the way he was treated in his early life. He could be destructive when left alone…eating candles, tipping over the recycling to lick cans clean, finding and eating much of a bag of his dog food. As frustrated as I’d sometimes feel, I’d give anything to have him back being naughty again.
He loved everyone. His “girlfriend”, Sienna, was his partner for the last few years; she ran circles around him and he’d try to catch up. He stole toys and treats from her.
Some of the simple stuff bring back the nicest memories. Laying in bed, snuggling up with him, was a comfort. Having him lay at my feet was one, too.
He was such a good boy and I miss him so much.
Remembering and honoring you every day, in many different ways
