Edel

Edel came to us later in her life from a family that could no longer care for her. The minute she stepped foot in our house - she was meant to stay with us forever. We took her out herding and boy what a great herding dog she was. Such a natural talent. We competed with her and won a few high in trials along the way. She became the best "nanny" dog to our newest Rottweiler puppy, Lana. Those two were inseparable and Edel found her second calling in this world. Edel left us very suddenly with barely any time to get use to the fact that she was so unwell. She had a brain tumor that took her from us far too soon. She is very much missed by all of us but none more than Lana. We think of her every day and smile at how much Edel would have loved being a "nanny" to Lana's girl, Lieben. My goodness the trouble they all would have gotten themselves into.
