Harry
Forever in our hearts
We found Harry at a Bearded Collie rescue and drove about 500 miles to pick him up. When we got to the hotel, I called my mother to let her know we had a new puppy. Harry sat at my feet as I made the call. He had decided he was my dog. What a blessing he was. He absolutely loved to chase a football. I always had to take two footballs though because the only way I could get Harry to drop the football was to show him another one. Unfortunately, he hurt his leg chasing a football and have to have surgery. He had just healed from that and hurt the other leg chasing a squirrel off the deck and down the stairs. His football days were over. He was still my best buddy. We loved to take walks together. Somehow now that he's gone, going for a walk just isn't the same. It has been 2 years now and still I miss him every day.
Love you baby. You're the best!
