Forever in our hearts
I got Jake when he was 6 weeks old and here he is on his 18th Birthday. He passed 1 week later and my heart broke. He knew I wanted him to make it to 18 and sure enough, that boy waited. He was my soulmate and I miss him every day. Love you baby boy - up in heaven. Until we meet again!
