jake was the strength of my heart. He loved without limits & he accepted all the fosters i took in to save...he was funny, stubborn, silly & the kindest soul I've ever known. I found jake 9/21/2007 & He saved me that day.
He had to leave me on 8/31/2022, after 15yrs together. My heart is broken..
