Jami

Jami was always little shy and sometimes skittish. She was extremely spoiled and was my constant companion. I guess in a way she became my soulmate after her sister left us to go to the Rainbow Bridge. Jami was smart beyond her time. I learned many lessons about life from Jami about living for the day and not worrying about the past or what lies ahead. Most importantly, Jami taught me about unconditional love. She was always my strength and made me smile when nobody else could. Even as she struggled to stand in her final hours; Jami showed her unending love and devotion. At 16 Jami's body was tired and it was time to ease her pain. We said our good-byes and she slipped away peacefully to join her sister at the Rainbow Bridge. I look forward to our reunion one day. But I miss her oh so terribly till then.
