Jazz & Zia
Forever in our hearts
My girls came to join me as family members at the age of 6wks. Jazz in 2000 and Zia in 2003. They grew up to be happy & fun puppies. Jazz always looked after Zia as a big sister. Thru good times & a lot of hard times.... they were my rocks. They were the sisters I fought to gain "custody" of, during an ugly divorce. Then, they helped my heart "heal" after that divorce & get on my feet again. Zia (on the right) was my heart dog & the one that battled cancer for 8 months and cancer finally took her life, at the age of 7 yrs 10 months, in 2010. Jazz (on the left) had a strong heart & mind - but her body & the osteoarthritis failed her, at the age of 13 yrs 7 months, in 2014. I miss them both & think about them every single day. Until we meet again at the Bridge..... love you - Zee Baby (aka Angel) & pretty Jazz girl.
