Jet and Kirra

Kirra - born in 2000 - was my heart dog. She was vWD affected, and bled to death in my arms as a result of splenic torsion three weeks shy of her eighth birthday. My partner purchased Jet in 2005. They were inseparable. Sadly, Jet was diagnosed with Cervical Vertebral Instability at the age of seven. In February of 2015, it was also discovered he was affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy, and given only days to live! Four months later, his big, old heart stopped beating, and he passed peacefully in his sleep. We have been privileged to share our lives with loving and loyal Dobermans for 25 years now. Our first boy, Blade succumbed to prostatic cancer at 12.5 years. Jet is survived by a 5yr old bitch - a cheeky, red named Jarra.
