Jodi
Forever in our hearts
Jodi was always the most social of the two sisters from day one. She was always protecting and watching over Jami, who was her very shy and often skittish sister.
Jodi turned out to be a great protector and even better judge of a persons character as she proved countless times throughout her 13 years.
She would greet me each day after work with her "baby" in her mouth (this baby being a stuffed animal).
Jodi loved to cuddle and was a lap dog even when she was 50 pounds.
Jodi's final days were spent doing everything she loved.......car rides, long walks, and most of all cuddling together.
I will never forget her look when she told me she was ready to leave. Her eyes telling me it was time for her to go.
We said our good-byes that day and Jodi drifted off to the Rainbow Bridge where I will see her again someday.
Till then I think about her always and miss her terribly.
