Kingsley Shacklebolt

We were only blessed to be Kingsley's forever family for about 2 years, but oh how wonderful those years were. He came to us at age 5 as a rescue and immediately fit into our home and giving our elderly girl Carmel a reason to play. He was sensitive and loved all the people that would visit our home. He really enjoyed the many contractors in and out of the house while it was under renovation. He was a hit at all the rescue reunion picnics, he loved to play and greet everyone - people and dogs alike as friends. We lost Kingsley at about age 7 to a tragic accident, he managed to eat a pair of nylons and while his awesome Vet did a great job with the surgery he had a blood clot a week into recovery and was gone. Our hearts were broken to lose this big red goof-ball and we keep his picture close to our hearts, he had the BEST smile!
