My dear sweet Kumi crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday June 21st 2022. Kumi valiantly fought lymphoma for 11 months. She was my brave K9 Cancer Warrior. Kumi was a wonderful therapy dog completing nearly 800 therapy visits. Kumi touched the lives of so many people. She was always a sweet pup. She loved hamburgers and vanilla ice cream. She loved being with me. She was always such a good girl.  Kumi was so brave and strong and fought her illness as long as she could. Her little body had enough. She was so happy I was with her at the end to say goodbye.  She laid her head in my arms and snored away. She passed peacefully in my arms. I will always love you my sweet girl. I will always remember your sweet smile and gentle heart. You will always be in my heart.
