Macey was just an incredible companion. She knew when you were down and she would comfort you. She was smart but could be mischievous. She knew how to get along with other dogs but she LOVED people! Just days before she left us, she was playing and running through the creek. Her absence has created a huge void in our hearts. The last 10+ years with her were so wonderful. She went with us everywhere we could take her: To the store, the beach, on walk/hikes, several trips to Oregon and even Canada. I cannot express how much we miss her.
