Maggie

Forever in our hearts
My Mags was a 14 1/2 year old cocker spaniel. She ran the house. For the 14 years I had her, I never had to set my alarm. She woke us up at 4:30 every morning for breakfast. My boys dogs never learned out to tell me they wanted out, because pretty much they went out when Mags said it was time to go out. She was always healthy. Her liter-mate Max was born with all the cocker problems, but Mags, well, I thought she would be here on judgment day. Then in July of 2014 I felt two knots on her neck. A biopsy showed it was lymphoma. We tried a couple chemo treatments, but they didn't work. I decided to just love her and keep her comfortable. Ten weeks after the diagnosis she was in bad shape. I had to let her go. I will miss my angel face.
