Miss Beasley

Forever in our hearts
We got our "Bear" from the shelter in 1993. She was about 9 months old and had been caught hunting chickens. The farmer whose chickens she was hunting turned her into the shelter. A Rottweiler/Chow mix. She was the gentlest dog ever. Great with kids and cats. You could leave her in the front yard in the morning and come back that evening and she would be in the same spot waiting for you. Any trick you tried to teach her she usually got in one or two commands. We put her to rest in her spot in the front yard in 2009. I think of her every day. Rest in peace my Bear.
