Misty- Golden Hero #1015

Misty- a English golden retriever!  Beautiful sweet and always by our side.  Loved to swim and play in the water.  She had great eye contact and so smart.  A favorite time was when we had 12 pairs of sneakers at the back door and she found her own chewy sneaker in the mix and carried it off to the corner- she didn't touch any of the others.  Such a smarty!  She loved the neighborhood kids and would wait by the front door to go outside when the school bus dropped off at 3:30 pm-- all the kids would stop and pet her!  In the last year she had 2 new goldens to play with when they visited- our grandgoldens!  We were taken by surprise that she had a fast growing spleen sarcoma.  We said our sad tearful goodbyes to our dear Misty!  There will never be another like her!
