Forever in our hearts
Morty and his brother Rick came into our lives as stray kittens living under a mobile home in November 2015. It took some time but we finally got them comfortable with us. Morty was always the energetic and laid back one, Rick is the opposite. Shy but sweet. We took a devastating blow in February 2025 when tests came back for Morty indicating he had Feline AIDS. We were so distraught and tried to make him as comfortable as possible but he wasn't able to carry on, so he was laid to rest March 3rd 2025. We miss him and hope that more research can be done for creating a cure for this disease.
