Nellie

This is Nellie Belle Clark. She was diagnosed with Mast Cell Cancer in January of 2012. She had surgery to remove the two masses and also underwent 6 months of chemo. Her prognosis was not good and fearing we would lose her and having lost Nellie's Golden "sister" to cancer, we got another Golden puppy. Floyd was enrolled in the Golden Retriever Lifetime study hoping that we can help find out why we are losing so many of our precious Goldens to cancer. Nellie developed a mass on her spleen in June of this year and was bleeding internally. We helped her cross the rainbow bridge June 18, 2015. She was the sweetest girl and we miss her so much. Rest in peace sweet Nellie. See you at the bridge!
