ray

Ray was a 6 week old blind kitten that stole my heart. I had him for a short 4 weeks, but loved him dearly. He was doing wonderfully in learning to navigate the house. I also have another blind cat that is now a year old. I had been working with both of them with clicker training and they were doing great. One morning when I went in to get Ray out of his kennel (for his safety at night) he was very lethargic. He passed away 2 days later because of a heart defect. Ray left a gigantic hole in my heart. Helen, my other blind cat, and I have stopped our clicker training for awhile. It still hurts too much. It has amazed me how much one little short life can affect me. I will love and remember him forever.
