Riley AKA One Eye Rye
Riley was the best girl. She was loyal to the end, which made saying goodbye even harder. She was adopted as Stefani at the San Diego Humane Society in 2008. Although we loved our beach days, we decided to move to northern Cali where she got to romp in the forests and play disc golf all day. She loved to play hide and seek and the redwoods were perfect to hide behind and chase each other around in. In her later years she got to play in the snow when we moved to Denver. Just like her mama, we were not fans. But she was the fan favorite at Morris Animal Foundation as one of the staple office dogs. She loved to come into the office for treats and pets from all. In the end it was old age that really took her away from us. Thankfully I am proud to work for an organization that is doing something about it and helping all dogs have longer, happier lives. I'm thankful for the years we've had! For now we will just have to play the long game of hide and seek, until we meet again.

So very sorry for your loss! I still remember fondly the time Riley fell asleep under my desk. She was such a sweet pupper.
