Spring
Spring, aka Golden Retriever Lifetime Study Hero #2913, passed away last week after 11 and a half years of pure love, too many surgeries, one who always had to carry a shoe around when one of her people came in the door, loved orange peppers, promptly served meal times and her BFF and half sister, Doodle. She had a large presence where ever she went including the vet's office where she would bark in greeting just a few times to make sure that everyone knew she was there. We miss her greatly.
Remembering and honoring you every day, in many different ways
There is a Spring-sized hole in our lives and we miss her dearly, but will never forget her. She was joy personified when she swam in the lake -- splashing for fun, biting the water, and barking like crazy. We will always remember her that way! Spring was truly a "golden girl" who brought love, joy, comfort, and silliness to my life. I will always miss that sweet girl and I treasure the great memories we made (especially when her pet parent wasn't looking!)
