Brinleywood You Are It! (Tag) valiantly battled lymphoma for almost a year before he crossed the rainbow bridge (December 2015). I miss him every day. He was delivered into my hands, at birth, by his mom Hanna and we never spent a night apart. I am blessed that he was with me for a little over 9 years. Tag was a true labrador retriever and a real trooper throughout his chemotherapy and though he dreaded going to his vet visits, he truly loved his vet techs Adin and Holly. When the standard CHOP protocol no longer worked for him, Tag participated in a drug trial. My sincere hope is that his contribution helps other pets in need and that the day comes SOON when a cancer cure is found for all animals. I wish that no one has to experience the agony over treatment options, affordability and the devastating loss of their loved pet.
