My magnificent Service Dog Valko was diagnosed with Canine Lymphoma Sept.29, 2015. We were in a state of shock! He had just celebrated his seventh birthday two weeks before. We began chemo the first week of Oct. and achieved remission in a few weeks. We celebrated Christmas with friends snd family and were filled with hope. He fell out of remission at 17 weeks and after a valiant effort on behalf of all to save him, he was humanely euthanized on Jan 23, 2017. He touched the lives of so many, and had a human like persona. He traveled to 13 states, logged thousands of miles in the cabins of airplanes, graced 5 star hotels and was my constant friend, helper and companion. There will never be another.....
