Wiley

Wiley was our once in a lifetime dog. We rescued him through Animal Rescue Foundation. He was sick and had a broken leg when he came to us. It was love at first sight for us and him. He was less than a year old but so well behaved, loved to have fun and loved to cuddle with my husband and me. We took him everywhere with us and nursed him back to health. He was a real life changer for us both. We both love dogs and had been without for 10 years after we lost our previous dogs to cancer. Wiley showed us unconditional love, made us laugh and filled the house with his love and companionship. We hadn't realized how much we missed the companionship of a dog. I loved taking him on walks and would sing and talk to him as we walked. He was such a gift to us and we loved him immensely for the 8 short years we had him before cancer moved into his body. We continue to feel blessed to have had him as long as we did. We celebrate his life and continue to smile every time we think of him.
