Bob Sztukowski is Chief Operating Officer at Morris Animal Foundation, bringing more than two decades of senior leadership experience in diagnostics, medical devices, and veterinary science. Known for building high-performing teams and scaling complex business operations, Bob has spent his career at the intersection of life science and commercial strategy — work that translates directly into strengthening the Foundation's operational infrastructure in service of its scientific mission.

Prior to joining Morris Animal Foundation, Bob spent nearly 16 years at IDEXX Laboratories, where he held a series of senior director and general manager roles spanning companion animal, livestock, poultry, dairy, and water diagnostics, as well as medical diagnostics through OPTI Medical Systems. In these roles, he oversaw large-scale commercial operations across North America, led channel and distribution strategy, and guided business units through periods of significant growth. Earlier in his career, he served as Area Director at Abbott Diagnostics, where he developed deep expertise in medical diagnostics.

Throughout his career, Bob has been equally committed to the growth and development of the people he leads, believing that investing in individuals is as essential to organizational success as any operational or strategic initiative.

Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
